Republicans are up in arms everywhere over this one! After commenting on how embarrassed he is about Americans’ inability to speak foreign languages when they visit Europe, Barack Obama made the outlandish statement that Americans need to make sure that their children learn to speak Spanish. No, he didn’t say that children needed to learn to speak French or German, places visited far more frequently than Spain by Americans who travel to Europe; he specifically stated “Spanish.” Could Barack Obama be more blatant in his pandering for the Hispanic American vote? Unfortunately, he used the expression that pisses English speaking Americans off more than any other when they try to converse with Hispanic Americans who refuse to learn English...

The Obama campaign made it official on Friday, announcing that there will be a state-by-state roll call during the Democratic Party National Convention. The decision to have a floor vote is a move that the Obama campaign hopes will appease the many Hillary Clinton supporters who have, thus far, refused to back Obama in his bid for the White House. According to politico.com, Representative Loretta Sanchez says she’s “happy for the chance to vote for Hillary Clinton,” adding that she believes that as many as half of the Democrats in the house could join her. Rep. Sanchez went on to say, “I felt was the most experienced and the best candidate and I still feel that way.”...

It signaled the beginning of the Democratic Party’s liberal agenda, which included government control of the economy, control of prices, the expansion of welfare programs and the increased importance of unions.
